Once you've booked your session and the deposit has been paid, we email you a 14-page style guide to give you ideas. It includes lots of pics with a checklist to make sure you're ready for the fun!

Yes - you can park behind the studio (street parking), or go next door into the shopping centre where you can get undercover parking free for two hours.

The number of outfits you can bring depends on the type of shoot. For newborn shoots, bring one outfit for the adults and kids; we provide all wraps and props for the baby. For family or corporate shoots, one outfit is ideal. For fashion shoots, you can bring two outfits.

Yes, we do! Our on-site hair and makeup services for modelling portfolio sessions are available for a booking fee of $280, payable at the time of booking.

We charge a $75 booking fee to confirm your commitment to the photoshoot and ensure you show up on the day. This non-refundable fee helps cover our photographer's expertise, the use of props, and our state-of-the-art equipment. We strive to make your experience enjoyable and memorable.

After your shoot, we'll edit and retouch your images. Within a week, you'll receive a password-protected online gallery with watermarked images. You can review and select your favorite photos at your convenience. The gallery is available for two days, and we'll contact you within 24 hours of its expiration to finalize your order.

All our digital images are high resolution and fully retouched. They are delivered as JPEG files. Please note, we do not provide raw images.

In the unlikely event that you don't like the final images, then you're not obligated to purchase anything. We're happy to say that in more than five years of being in business, we haven't had a single person not like their images. However, for peace of mind, there is no obligation if you're not happy.

Absolutely. We guarantee everything we do. You'll have a lifetime warranty on all images.
