Refund Policy

The $75 booking fee (deposit) is non refundable and relates to (a) commitment to attend, and (b) the use of any props within the studio, as well as the use of equipment and studio hire.

You may cancel your booking no later than 72 hours of the session. If you cancel within 72 hours of your session, no refund will be applied. Similarly, if you do not show up to your session, then no refund will be issued. Newborn shoots have one reschedule allowed, but it is at the discretion of the studio for any other session (family, corporate or portrait shoots).

Product Refund

Given the nature of digitals, there is no refund or cancellation. There is also no cooling off period given you'll have a few days to decide on your favourite images and products. Replacement on any damage to goods (e.g. wall art, prints or box sets) will be granted. However, there is no 'change of mind' refunds on either digitals or physical products based on  Australian consumer law.
